To accomplish this goal, StoneUmbrella’s development team utilizes the open source tool, WordPress (http://www.wordpress.org), to create a system you can manage yourself to create, update, or delete content at your site.

Some web designers charge you by the page for your website design.  We don’t.  Our basic service includes a full-featured WordPress platform that we set up, configure, and enter your initial content into.  We spend up to 10 hours designing a custom design for your site that is unique to your business.  You get a Web 2.0 site with built-in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content editing, photo upload and display, and many other features for starting at about $1000*.  You can have as many pages as you want in this site by adding additional content yourself once we train you on using the system (which is simple and intuitive).

For businesses requiring a complete branding and marketing package, our second tier of design includes logo creation, print media (letterhead and business cards), a full WordPress installation, and up to 30 hours of design work.  Starting at $3000*, we can create a full portfolio for your business and have you online and in print quickly – as little as 2 weeks.

* These estimates are based on previous jobs at our staff billing rate of $75/hr. Each project is different and we will work with you to build a site that meets your budgetary and business needs.  We will always keep you informed of our time spent and if we are approaching the budged/quoted amount.
