Computer Repair
We service computers at our location in Gray, Maine. Our services include:
- Hardware service and replacement for Windows + Linux computers
- Hardware service and replacement for Apple computers (out of warranty only)
- Virus and malware removal services
- Operating system upgrade/migration services
- Data backup services
- General software support (MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
Our goal is to give you same-day service on all computers not requiring special-order parts. To guarantee same-day service, please bring your computer in by 12 pm on any business day. Some services are not eligible for same day service.
When bringing your computer in, all we need is the “box” and power cord. You can leave your keyboard, mouse, and monitor at home (we’ve got plenty of those). If bringing a laptop, don’t forget the power cord. We can not work on laptops without a power cord because there may be data loss if the battery runs out.
Our standard service rate is $40/hour for computer repair and software maintenance. We are also creating packages for specific tasks: virus removal/pc tune up, operating system upgrade, and a few others. Those prices will be online shortly. Please note, all prices are subject to change at any time.
